2 TBLS CHOPPED ALMONDS
2 SCOOPS VANILLA WHEY PROTEIN POWDER
1/4 CUP FRESH STRAWBERRIES, RASPBERRIES OR BLUBERRIES
Mix protein into “on the go’ cup with yogurt, add almonds, cereal, and berries.
