ENCOURAGE YOURSELF !!!!!

We are hardest on ourselves !!!!!

I think it is because we live with us 24/7. Society has a crippling effect that preys on imperfection, As we all have them…It can be a constant struggle to accept who we are, rather than how we look or appear to be.

Identifying being human as being called “Human Beings” verses how we live our lives by clearly doing….translated: “Human Doings“.

Have we become so entangled into work performance and the demands on perfection that we have become desensitized to our human needs?

None of us can live and enjoy our lives if we are following the motto; “Be all you can DO”—–(Might as well be a ROBOT) but returning to the Navy’s motto;  ”BE ALL YOU CAN BE” is an independent life, lived by choices you make for yourself, thereby being (you )comes out as a valuable & unique individual.

I believe we all are Creative, Masterful, Gifted, Head -Strong as well as Heart-Strong. I also believe we were made for following the places in our lives that cause us to soar and to be celebrated.

ENCOURAGE YOURSELF………………

Revamp your life and look for opportunities to expand in …..

WHO YOU ARE……

WHAT YOU LOVE …..

HOW TO CELEBRATE YOURSELF AS A HUMAN-BEING………

Live Life, Never Let Live Live You !!!!

What’s your Fitness View???

Is it all about being “Fit & Healthy “or “Looking Thin”?

This is the needed questioning for your own personal growth…. Take an objective look into your own motives for being fit or looking thin, then consider……..

Are you real about your body image according to your desires?

Can you incorporate Fitness into/as a balanced part of your everyday experience in living?

Is is all about how you look or how you feel?

Do you enjoy getting your body moving/working up a sweat/pushing your muscles to it’s full extent daily?

Do you think…..”I would kill to look like him/her” but lack the effort and cost towards your own steps to get the body for yourself?

When you look at yourself truthfully, Do you make excuses such as family, work hours, energy levels or anything else in front of your health and fitness plan?

Do you constantly think of quick fixes, such as, Tummy Tucks, Lifts, Fatsucks (ha ha) proceedures, Lipo or Botox as the ultimate solution?

I believe that the only way that we will value any aspect of success is by personally commiting to applying effort to the cost and paying for it.

Have we received the same beliefs given to us by society’s “Buy now and pay later” mantality????

I say “Pay now and save later” It is worth the savings in interest fees and also the freedom taken in your own hands of satisfaction in responsible ownership….

THINK ON THESE THINGS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE YOUR VIEWS IN FEELING FITNESS, THINESS OR PERSONAL FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Carla

ARE YOU LIVING LIFE or IS LIFE LIVING YOU ???

Start taking an inventory of your life in the light of JOY….I started this reprograming a few years ago. I have helped thousands of people into their personal fitness goals only to find myself stressing about my life. I was depleted, sad and was constantly depressed.

I started seeing my life through the eyes of enjoyment….Questioning myself as to what makes me feel good, full and filled up, inspired, happy from the inside-out.

I soon came to the understanding that life was living me, I was not living it at all. I had let everyone else’s needs overwhelm and cloud my joy of living. Oh, was I giving…”to the point of exhaustion”.   Does this sound familar???

Take a break from everyone’s needs around you and focus on:

Who you are….

 What you love…

When do you give to yourself ?

How often do you really partake in living ?.

*Living your life on purpose will allow you to soar in your joy of living, even better….This will give you wings to grow in every opportunity that causes you to move through life freely. I pray for you to live and enjoy your journey.
