TAKE Wisdom By BALANCE:

1.   Believe you can succeed: Re-program your mind       for  success!!   Don’t expect Perfection.   Know that it will take time.  With persistence you will SUCCEED!!

2.  You have the AUTHORITY to take control over your life.  I can only give you the steps to take.  You must be the one to walk through the path of your life.

3.   LEARNING:  Be teachable and moldable.  Stay open to new things. Knowing that you don’t have all  the answers and are willing to search them out.  This    will give you TREMENDOUS growth in mind and body.

4.   ACCOUNTABILITY:   Be responsible to someone       who will push you.. PARTNERS are key to

      CONSISTENCY. When discouraged call your

partner and give the same back. This will energize

       your process through.

5.    NO EXCUSES !!  Don’t justify your weaknesses.

Strain forward…Excuses only take you farther

away from your goal.  Seek others to help you

       along your chosen coarse.

6.   CONSISTENCY: Continue until you reach Victory.

Wake up everyday and set forth action steps to

achieve your goals.  Only when we are consistent

will we get the results that we desire.

7.   ENCOURAGEMENT : Gives hope and stamina

through every obstacle.  Ask for encouragement

when needed, don’t expect others to read your

mind. Give encouragement to others and see your

energies rise.  Only when we work together does

      EVERYONE ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS.

What is Balance in fitness?

Sunday, November 11th, 2007

I have been working out for 26 years, owner of Body By Balance, Training For Balance and Slimmer Image. I am almost 44 and have trained thousands of people into their individual goals in fitness.

I have also been a competitive natural bodybuilder for 13 years, a mother to 4 sons, which I home schooled for 17 years….So I know what a race life can be to get focused on nutrition, healthy meals, cardiovascular exercise, along with the family needs and keeping the house clean.

There are no quick fixes or perfect blueprints…..It takes seeing by a vision, knowing what you can handle, delegating those things you can to others and reorganizing your priorities.

Example: when raising my 4 sons I could not afford a babysitter so I exercised by walking/jogging around the park while my sons played.      Example: I entered races and pushed a 2-seated stroller while the others rode bikes or walked with me.

When training for bodybuilding competitions I woke up 2 hours before everyone else and trained…Stay tuned - more in the next blog…TO BE CONTINUED
